Voltage reducer - my new review

Item works exactly as described, when the voltage on the high side is reduced the voltage on the low side stays consitent.
The unit does have have a higher than expected draw with no load, .1 a.

Pros

It has a steady draw of 1/2 amp

Cons

Limited distribution channels, making it difficult to find and purchase
