Review on Web Tracks by Charles Butler

It's very easy for our team members, it has all of their tools they need in one place! I love that we are able manage everything from 1 location instead having everyone emailing each other separately or logging into different software programs like Jira etc.. We have been using this product since 2007 but when upgrading last year there were some issues with emails not sending out correctly (we used Exchange). The support staff was great about getting us set up again quickly even though no fault at theirs!! As long as web tracks is working properly then what do i care how many clicks its taking me?
