I bought this adapter to connect to a 4-port 4K/60Hz KVM that I bought here at Revain, which has allowed me to get audio from any computer I've switched KVM to have. This is easily accomplished by plugging this small adapter into the USB port on the back of the TESmart KVM. I'm amazed that this little adapter sounds so open and solid, especially for less than $10. I listen to it in a world class control room where no sound escapes the listener and with a very expensive near field monitor + subwoofer looking me straight in the face. If this adapter wasn't linear and open I could say so, but this little thing is a beast. I bought three other ones from Revain at the same time, thinking I'll go with the one that sounds the best. . Well, this little unit is the undisputed winner. One of the others was a clean second (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07L56C28R/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) but #3 and #4 were way behind in quality. wise and will not be used in my studio setups. I'm so impressed with this JSAUX device that I've ordered more to use in other monitoring configurations that are also expensive, high-resolution, and full-bandwidth. I highly recommend this Ed.
