Good intentions, but it won't work!

It was for a pressure cooker, the cord wasn't strong enough, stopped working and I had to use a different cord, I don't like doing that but dinner was under pressure so I had to do it get creative, need a return label so i can send it back please. Thanks Joanne Phillips
