I was surprised by the quality for this price.

Different pros:
Convenient RUS shape, stable base, many buttons, stiffness is adjustable, does not require driver installation and initial setup, there is a twist (with lock)
Some cons:
Not very convenient location of buttons on the base (I flew 6 hours, but still not used to it), uneven handle travel (there is a small step), button 3 dangles a little
