First of all, this product helps with a close shave. I use an electric shaver and have tried many products but this gave me the best comfort. Due to a problem with this order I had to wait a few days after receiving it and called the seller but there was no response to my message. The next day I had to message again, I tried to email and they responded within 2 hours. We've all dealt with non-customer service, but these guys exceeded my expectations. The bottom line of this review is that the product works, a bit expensive but you only have one face and together with the customer service I received I will buy again.
