Left Front Brake Hose (Driver Side) (Incorrect Part Number/Description)

This ACDelco part (18J1356) appears to be incorrectly linked to Revain as the description on this part is for the wrong vehicle. This part is listed as the left side (driver side) of the brake hose but appears to be the right side of the car instead. This hose is too short for a 2001 Toyota Rav4; although the description says it's for Rav4. I checked with the manufacturer (AC Delco) and they told me the part for my car should be 18J4739. I have informed Revane of an inconsistency that needs to be addressed and corrected. This cost me a lot of money and I'm hoping Revain can help me with this scenario as someone needs to link this part to the correct vehicle. You asked what it cost me a lot of money? Read the next paragraph: I went to my mechanic to have a new part installed. The mechanic takes the part and tries to fit it and I have noticed that the part appears to be shorter than the original as the tires are off and the car is on a lift let's try it maybe the part is there. nope it does not work. the part appears to be for the wrong side of the car and is too short. If we improvise, that doesn't work either, because the turning circle is restricted when driving through the part that is too short and the hose tears. nope can not. Danger signs are everywhere. Good . The mechanic had to send back the original hose. Waste of time for me, waste of time and money for the mechanic who has to pay for his hour of work on the car. So the installation costs me twice as much. and also twice as long. Revain please fix this issue and issue. I have provided Revain Customer Service with all the information needed to investigate with due diligence when contacting the manufacturer for the information required. So that I can pass this on, no one else has this problem.
