Awsome 48 " Curl Bar!
I couldn’t be any happier with this 48” curl bar. I really like everything about this bar, because from day one I had a pleasant experience integrating it into my regular workouts. I mostly needed it for bicep curls and tricep extensions. IT comes with sping collars, but I use another kind of collars which I prefer for faster change. The quality seems very durable, it has a nice smooth spin, the thickness and the knurling and the curvature of the bar are just right. I like that the bar is approximately 20lb, so that makes calculations easier in my head when adding weights. I would recommend this product for home gym use.
