The UI of the product is very good, and has many features that are useful. There is also an excellent community around the platform that keeps everyone up to date about current best practices, new functionality, etcetera. One thing I dislike very much though is that you cannot export old data from older versions - this can be quite valuable when switching between different versions (e.g., during upgrades), since everything needs to be reexported first before using the upgraded version. You can get away without exporting if your requirements only require one or two years worth of historical information at maximum; otherwise you might miss out on some important details. This includes all kinds of data that would have been created/updated within those earlier versions -- e.g, emails sent, task assignments, document approvals, contracts, billing invoices, payments made, open issues.
