My fiberglass bath has a two inch tear. There was a spot in the tub that always looked like there was no support underneath, and eventually it broke and water leaked under the tub. Pressure to allow the foam to fill the empty space under the tub. I then applied a little pressure and allowed the foam to ooze out of the crack so it wouldn't lift the affected area. After it dried it supported the area of the tub that hadn't previously been supported and I was able to trim off the excess foam to smooth the surface in preparation for the bathtub repair kit. I installed the bathtub repair kit and let it dry for over 24 hours. So far it's holding up. It's only been installed for a few weeks but seems to be holding up.
