What a joke...DO NOT BUY! First, they are cheap and the flanged inserts are internal (not external). This means they rub against your nipples and cause sores. The description states that the item is compatible with the IKARE portable pump - NOT! It is not suitable for IKARE motors/pumps. I have spent money on this product. CAN'T GO BACK! I don't have $45. DO NOT DO THAT.
