Did exactly what I wanted.

My fingertips are a little numb. I attached these zippers to the zippers on my jeans so the zippers are easier to find and use and they work like magic. I am very satisfied and I recommend it to anyone who has a similar problem. I had to thread a piece of dental floss through the existing metal pull to get them through the hole, no problem.
