I'm able work remotely which is great because it makes my job easier! The customer service team at charm are amazing so easy going with any questions or concerns you may have about your profile/account etc..

They always reply within an hour of sending them in (even if they're working!) Highly recommend using this platform as its very user friendly & has all that's needed right there ready when required - no need searching through different pages / tabs ect.- A lot more efficient than doing things manually myself- Easy access from home via laptop whilst out shopping!!
