This little device worked great and helped me salvage a computer I thought was beyond repair. My second computer got stuck in the BIOS at boot time and was not responding. I thought it was a hardware glitch since you can usually at least open the bios. I figured it would be affordable enough to at least hook up an SSD and see if it would work. He worked great. I connected a Windows 10 SSD hard drive to a Windows 10 desktop and was able to view my old hard drive and recover my files with no problems! I was even able to fix it enough to boot and reinstall Windows on a laptop I thought was dead. It was a great purchase. Please note: This device is not covered. It is sensitive to static electricity.
