Our Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 is a bit dated. The whole UI became too sluggish and basically unusable. I took this refurbished Galaxy Tab S4 and it worked great. The UI is fast again and there are no real responsiveness or performance issues. Our tablet is usable again! Battery life is generally very good. I only have two cons: 1) This tablet is nearing the end of its life, so there will be no more updates. The tablet I received was a T-Mobile SM-T837T with a locked bootloader (and not rootable) so I'm at T-Mobile's mercy for future updates. However, Android 9 is very user-friendly, so hopefully that won't be a problem in the long run. 2) There are no good and cheap case and keyboard options for this tablet. I've tried many and most of them are terrible. I ended up having to buy a $50 refurbished Samsung Tab S4 EJ-FT830UBEGUJ. I think it's still a lot better than Samsung's list price of $150, so I'm happy? :-D
