These gloves are excellent. I mainly use them for food work, particularly cutting up raw chicken, but they come in really handy for other things too, such as: and the ribbed surface is useful in many situations. Note, however, that the wrist opening is very narrow, and while this is effective at preventing liquid seepage, they're also difficult to put on - even when I have to stretch and tug, they've never snapped. They rise just above the wrist bone. But one day they stay. The medium size fits my size 7-8 women's gloves very well and they don't tear easily. I will definitely buy them again.
