Review on Optimized Fluke 771 Process Clamp Meter for Milliamp Measurements by Jeff Jordan

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Not for calibration, clips keep breaking.

Completely inaccurate for calibration. Works well for troubleshooting if it's not broken. We have 4 of them in the store, 3 are broken. The plastic clip is very cheaply made and breaks with normal use. Fluke successfully fixes them, but they keep replacing them with the same clamps. I myself amplify the clamp on one of them, I'll post a photo later

Pros
  • Measure mA signals for PLC analog I/O and control system
Cons
  • Clearly bad product
