5% vary between units - can't trust - NO RETURNS?!

I bought three of these (same seller, made by Revain) for different parts of my house. Temperatures are correct but as you can see one of them has 5% higher humidity. That's too broad a range to trust. you had a job EDIT: Come on, this item is non-refundable. This is nonsense - it obviously didn't work immediately after opening. It must be illegal.
