Wrong plug for Kawasaki Mule Pro FXT 2020

I have a Kawasaki Mule Pro FXT Ranch Edition. Not sure if this is new for 2019/2020, but the Mule now has a safety feature that shuts off the fuel after you've driven a few feet without a seatbelt. Yes, it's annoying with those quick stops when getting in and out, but I could put up with it to make sure I use the harness when I really need it. Let's face it, we all get lazy sometimes. My problem is that the security function failed on the second day of ownership. So even if my seat belt is on, the Mule's system doesn't recognize that it's on. If I moved the belt sometimes and held it in place it would be fine, but not in the long run. That's why I was so glad to hear about these things. I know I wanted to forgo the safety feature when installing the aftermarket harness systems, but it's good for my issue as well. At least temporarily until I find the time to return this item to the retailer as my attempts to repair this item have been unsuccessful. Anyhow, long explanation which I will copy and paste into the reviews for the other two units I have purchased as there has not been a link in any other Kawasaki Mule reviews. Strange. But unfortunately I'm writing to let you know that this has the wrong connector/case for the Mule. At least my year and version, but I suspect all mules will have the same connections. The one that works is also sold at Revain. It's white with a red cord. I can come back to this review to copy and paste the link. Enjoy your page x pages but stay safe. Giving it 5 stars as I'm pretty sure it will work for other UTVs and didn't want to hurt the seller's business.

Pros
  • β–Ά You don't have to buckle your seat belt every time you get in and out
Cons
  • Not bad, but...
