Very disappointed when I opened the envelope that said 'Installation Guide' and found it blank. I'm trying to install now. Will update once I get it working. I got the installation instructions from the website. Clip is missing. I hope this doesn't ruin the sealing of this sink. These clips must be installed prior to installing the sink. Built-in sink. The brackets were too short, we had to glue strips of wood to the bottom of the counter so we could tighten the brackets to hold the sink in place. As for the quality of the sink, it is very well made and complements the kitchen perfectly. I recommend. 12/17/19 - updated rating after installation and use. it collects the water left in the sink. Not everything drains, there's really no slope to the sink, it's too gentle. I need a kitchen towel to remove the remaining water. 10/20/2020 - Update - says it's dent resistant. No, that is not so. I accidentally dropped the bowl on the corner of the sink and it crumpled. I don't know how to contact the manufacturer to see if they can do anything about this. But I will keep checking.
