Review on FCR-01 Electric Foot File (Adjustable Speed) for Effortless Callus Removal - Includes 60pcs Replacement Sandpaper Pads by Alexis Thompson

Revainrating 4 out of 5

No more holes in sheets and socks caused by dry and cracked heels.

Not powerful and slow? No, I've seen reviews that say it stops if pushed too hard, this can be misleading. Several other devices I've bought over the years are literally just a motor spinning a piece of sandpaper. This one is an understatement; This means it rotates slowly but with more force. If you press too hard, it will stop; but I found no reason to press it so hard. Size: excellent. The size is perfect not only for the heel but also for the sole of the foot. Sandpaper Glue: Long lasting and great, it didn't slip or feel like it was about to come off. After sanding both feet, the sandpaper still feels new. Even though it's white with dead skin, it still works like new. Grip: The grip is small and easy to manipulate and smooth, giving it a professional look, but a rubber grommet in the center would have given me a better grip. But I'm just picky, it's okay. The only thing that's better, but not as handy, is a small woodworking random orbit sander; However, since it's designed for wood, it can take off too much if you're not careful. So I don't recommend it. If your foot is really really bad then get a new rasp grinder and use it to get it under control and then use it to keep it soft and normal. I don't know how this wood performs on "hard concrete" heels as I used a new rasp first. By the way: rasps don't last forever and become dull over time; I just threw away a few. Subsequent application of a good urea cream should help keep your new baby's feet soft. I will buy another one just in case because I never want to be without one.
