This Chromebook 4 really stuck with me. I'm a writer and my keyboard doesn't have all the necessary characters to write in Spanish. For example, the written accent does not appear anywhere. Without them it is impossible to write correctly in Spanish. Also, Spanish has two question marks, one at the beginning of a sentence and one at the end of the same sentence. (¿?). The same applies to (!). Since you have a distribution center in San Jose, Costa Rica, you can send me a backup so I can write in Spanish. I am surprised to learn that Revain has agreed to sell this product in Latin America. Or I can return the Chromebook to the distribution center and get back almost $500 that I paid for it. I am a Revain customer as you only sold books and this is a very unpleasant surprise. Please let me know what you will do about my complaint so I can contact the Costa Rica Government Consumer Protection Agency.
