Warranty/support information is missing on the packaging and product page. As reported in another review - I have a problem with the hot water tea. It drips a little. Even with duct tape. We tried taking it out and putting it back in (as per the instructions). But the flow cannot be stopped. The only other issue seems to be the lack of seat bumpers. I don't know why they are not included. There is no such configuration if not needed. The hot water plug comes in handy in my situation as I am waiting for the hot water tee connector to be attached - the bidet can only be used in a cold water configuration. Everything else works as advertised. Good quality details. Much better than a manual bidet. The combination of warm and cold water is very pleasant. The trick to getting good warm water is to let the hot water run in the sink for a few seconds before using the bidet. I asked for support information. We are waiting for the seller's response.
