I bought a small projector for my garden and wanted to install it on my patio. I work in AV so I know all the options but with a small lightweight projector I was really just looking for a cheap mount to get the job done. It comes with all the parts you need to install on almost anything. It takes a little time to choose what you need and the screws can be a little tight, but it works. I'd suggest finding a longer allen wrench, maybe on a screwdriver handle or ratchet, to make things easier. I installed it so I could detach the lever to hold the projector securely so it would be nice if it had a quick release buckle but it wasn't advertised so I knew it was unlikely. It holds the projector well and is stable when tightened. Note that everything depends on what you mount, including shaking etc. The stronger the place you mount, the more stable your image will be.
