This product is exactly as advertised. I've long wanted to reduce or eliminate the number of disposable cotton pads and swabs I use for makeup removal and this will help. I am glad that the set includes black eye make-up remover pads - after washing, there are no permanent black marks from the mascara. White is great for the face. I guess I'll leave one of the loofah sheets in the shower to dry my face. The packaging was compact, just a cardboard box (recyclable) - no plastic wrap. I'm glad I bought this product to do one small thing in my daily life to reduce waste.
