Got this for my 8th grader when a zipper broke on her last backpack and we couldn't fix it. This solved this problem for us. She loves everything about it. Not sure how long it will last, usually it carries a lot of weight but not much this year. So far, so good. The stitching feels solid and she likes that it has a lot of room. The straps are wide. I'll let you know how far it's come, but I'll say it's been well done for a few months now and shows no signs of falling apart. She loves the cat face on the outside.
