I recently lost my miniature schnauzer to cancer. I was looking for an urn that would celebrate his life and not remind me that he is no more. Although it was too late to make a paw print with the kit provided, I had a plaster cast of his paw from many years ago which is still on display today. There is a lot of space in the box. I was able to keep the box of his ashes that the undertaker had given me, as well as his collar and harness. There is still room inside if I decide to hold one of his favorite toys. It still hurts me deeply at the loss, but I love being able to share a photo of him looking happy next to his paw print. I wanted to celebrate his life and that's exactly what I got. My friends and family love that I went with this idea. I had to make small adjustments to fit the cast, but if I could use the kit that came with it I'd probably do a thinner version.
