Bought for my 10 lb dog (SMALL) and one for my 18 lb dog (MEDIUM), both fit dogs well, the small one was a little tight in the arm area but doable, it will not be in him all day. (If your dog is closer to 12-15 pounds, I'd suggest choosing Medium.) It's incredibly adorable, and the backpack is the icing on the cake. This is an easy Halloween costume so don't get your hopes up too high, it's a great outfit for less than $15. We even have adult Ghostbusters costumes to match the dogs! To top it off, we have our own pooches "Doggys" to give them the full effect.
