Review on Vegetable Chopper Cutter Kitchen Gadgets by Amber Hickman

I still have to get used to this kitchen appliance, but it can do what I need. The only issue I had was with one of the blades used in mandolin mode. It's too thick to fit completely in the holder, making it unusable. Everything else worked as described. The question remains whether this will save me time in the kitchen. I'm a widow and live alone, so I only cook in small portions. So I'll have to see if using this item saves time instead of just processing the food with a knife.
