I really like the candles and they work as intended, the different flicker options are really good. Only 2 small problems, the candles are barely held in the holder then they get stuck and when you try to pull them out the bottom part with the batteries comes out and gets stuck in the holder. You have to use pliers to pull it out. Can't leave it there as the power button to sync with the remote is on the bottom. The second small problem is that sometimes you need to click the remote control several times to light up the candle, which is a bit troublesome when you put candles in windows, and you have to walk about 10 windows to approach the remote control click to get them turn on or off. and sync with the timer.
