The purchase brought only positive emotions.

A knife after ordinary kitchen, expensive, cheap, German, Chinese, Soviet ones is just another category. Comfortable to hold, cuts like a razor. I'm trying to learn how to cut like a chef, with the spout resting on the board, - it turns out! The geometry of the blade is so calculated that the knife itself crawls along the board, making small pieces. In this way, you will never cut yourself and your hands will not get tired. I have had a samur electric sharpener for a long time, so I don’t worry about the sharpness of the blade. Indeed, a Mercedes among knives!

Pros below: Lightweight, beautiful With its cons. Blunted in less than 2 weeks. It is problematic to cut an ordinary tomato.
