I am a tool enthusiast and bought these despite reading negative reviews about them being brittle and breaking. These are good quality tools and are thin enough to get into small cracks to lift car trim. You have to use your head and some dexterity with these tools. I see that if you twist hard and only catch on a thin edge, you can break the tools. But that's not the instrument's fault! You must use a thin edge to work the tool far enough for the thicker parts to withstand the pressure of any torque. For that they are GREAT. The thicker plastic away from the thin edges gets strong very quickly. I also bought an extra set of metal tools for the heavy turning that sometimes has to be done with metal pins and latches, but they're great for loosening that pretty wood veneer covering your car console or dashboard, or removing plastic parts from yours Automobile . a car that could easily be scratched with harder tools. These are amazing tools and they are doing a great job for me!
