We love that Censia is able to quickly assess an employee's skill set using their professional work experience for potential new hires. It also provides insights into how much they might be over or under valued in the market place in order to provide value back to both employer and candidate. Their customer support team are very helpful when needing information about the system. There can sometimes be lag time between updates which can cause some confusion as to what skills and experiences have been assessed. They are definitely moving in the right direction with their product roadmap. If you haven't looked at Censia yet, give them a try!
