Easy To Use Recruitment Software With Fantastic Functionalities

I like that you can create your own filters to search by different criteria such as location or job title/functionality etc which is very helpful when searching through large amounts data sets in order not miss any relevant candidates. It also allows me access my candidate profile from anywhere with an internet connection so i do no need to be physically at work anymore! There are some minor bugs here n there but nothing major enough to dislike overall this software has been great thus far its

Great tool - especially if looking from outside Canada

We love that Censia is able to quickly assess an employee's skill set using their professional work experience for potential new hires. It also provides insights into how much they might be over or under valued in the market place in order to provide value back to both employer and candidate. Their customer support team are very helpful when needing information about the system. There can sometimes be lag time between updates which can cause some confusion as to what skills and experiences have
