Review on Fizik X5 Artica Men's Shoes - Sleek and Stylish in Black by Joseph Swanson

Excellent winter cycling shoes with adequate thermal insulation and full ankle coverage. However, the size is ridiculous. I ordered US 10 and that was what Revain listed in the order description. What I got was US 8 1/4 which is a far cry from US 10. The product itself seems amazing but I can't keep it due to the wrong size (I used to laugh why people were angry about its table sizes but now I fully understand their frustration). At least the returns process was that easy (returns to Whole Food returns department) and the return was processed promptly. I expect Revain to be more clear about his size and at least send a reasonable article (10 vs 8 1/4, seriously?).
