I shopped around for some time prior to purchasing two of these. The manufacturer of my vehicle had a similar product but would have set me back more than 10x the cost of one of these. I found the product was solid and sturdy and the installation simple. When attached to the headreast posts, the kids had no trouble adjusting the angle of view or length of extension. These were used with Iphones and 10" HD Fire tablets. The only nuance, but not a dealbreaker was that one of the adjustment knobs is directly below my headreast which does not allow me to put my headrest down to the height of the horizontal piece. I lose about 1", but as I said, not a dealbreaker. Stability of the devices attached, while driving, was also extremely well and I did not have any complaints from the kids. However, I would caveat that would be dependent on your vehicles suspension. I will likely buy two more for the second row seats in my SUV and certainly recommend this product.
