Best little secret for your sprained ankle.

This is a game changer in the healing process. Beats the ordinary ice pack hands down. You can ice the entire fort at one time. Never a leak either. The only part of the foot that doesn’t get as cold is the bottom so for plantar pain use a frozen water bottle. This is great for sprains and general aches. Not sure if heated water would work I have only used ice and water. Love this product.
