Review on 🔪 Swordfish 40305 OmniPoint: The Ultimate Purple Manual Pencil Sharpener for 8-12 mm Versatility by Shantel Griffin

After a long research I ordered this sharpener for sharpening Conte and Carbotello pastels, as well as Faber-Castell Polychromos. It arrived today and with great excitement I started sharpening the Conte pencils. I was pleased. until he stopped pulling pencils back so he couldn't sharpen them. I disassembled and cleaned the sharpener according to the manufacturer's instructions. There was no dirt clogging the sharpener. The pencil only retracts when I manually retract the faceplate while turning the crank, as you can see in the video. I went to their website and used their troubleshooter which didn't help at all. I haven't contacted them directly so I can't speak to their customer service. I am beyond disappointed and although Revain will be returning the sharpener and up to $20 shipping, I still have no money due to the international shipping cost.
