Tech support is great!

The first set of memory cards didn't work properly on my Mac, but a call to tech support fixed the problem. They realized that I needed 1.5 volt cards, but the cards I ordered were 1.35 volts. They sent the correct cards with a return mailing envelope and the 1.5 volt cards work great. I'm a fan!
