Needed for 1/4 " elastic to make a mask

I liked that these cord ties are silicone and a small round size. that's with mine tight 1/4 elastic ", so I wanted to return it. Also, the seller replied to my email that "adjustment buckle only fits 1/8" rope. If you want to use 1/4 inch rope, the adjustment buckle is too small. But the new 1/4" elastic I received 2 days later didn't seal, so I was able to use it. The size of those holes doesn't matter in this case. Happy ending.
