The company keeps emailing me asking if I can change my rating to a 4 or 5 and they send me gift cards as a thank you. No and no. I don't know what rating to give. It fit very well, was comfortable and really supported my ankle - 5 stars. Unfortunately, due to the arthritis and nerve damage in my hands, it was almost impossible to remove. It took me 15 minutes of swearing, tugging, trying to roll things up and crying to put them away. At one point I thought I would have to cut it off. Now both hands hurt a lot - 1 star.
