Who labels them?

came in a vacuum bag. Which sounds like a fantastic idea, but the gloves are all crushed and show no hope of reinflating. Also, I ordered a size 12-14 thinking my kids could use both (10 and 7). However, imagine my surprise when a 7 year old, who is definitely not the size of a normal 12-14 year old, couldn't reach them with his hands at all. We send them back to find other gloves.
