Excellent customer service

After 5 weeks this product will not charge or turn on. Very disappointed but am changing my rating because the customer service is fantastic! They send me new headlights and I don't even have to send the old headlights back. No hassle, just throw away the broken bulbs and get new ones, what makes this customer service amazing.
