I have an 8.5 American men's sneaker but I have a 9. The tongue of the shoe doesn't stretch so it's a bit difficult to put on and take off, but once fully on they're quite comfortable. I also bought a pair of neoprene socks to wear with it and was still able to put my shoes on when I got dressed.
