Nice but the handle broke after THREE uses!

This is a beautiful and roomy lunch bag perfect for my teenage athlete who needs lunch, snacks and caffeine in one backpack for a long day. BUT we took it out of the bag the day before the first day of school (opened Sunday 22nd August) and on WEDNESDAY 25th August the handle started to fall off the bag. 😢 My teenager wears it on the bus, holds it on his lap, then carries it to the locker and then carries it to the dining room and back. She doesn't climb mountains with him - he's supposed to last a little more than three days.
