I'm a little crazy after the purchase. I use them for everything. My headphones are in order now, my brooms and mops, my keys, my backpacks, my jackets, even my tie on my robe has its own hook. They are great for storing pet and toiletries (mini broom, dustpan, leashes, etc.) and have made my life super easy and lazy. If you're short on space or have a home office where you need things to be within easy reach, this is great. I've rearranged them several times and each time they get less sticky, but so far they're still working great. The only one I had trouble with was taped to the textured utility room wall and the paint removed immediately, but the paint itself had already cracked so it was my fault. Just use your head as you place, get a feel for how strong the base is and decide for yourself if the surface can handle the stickiness.
