The interface is easy for end users who don't have technical skills but want help with their systems or databases. We could not get our data out of an old version into another newer one without some workarounds that were difficult to implement. I would definitely recommend this product as it has helped streamline processes in my organization by allowing us access from anywhere via mobile devices. It allows employees across multiple locations at different times throughout the day to be able to see what's happening within my system so they can make changes if needed quickly instead of waiting around until someone gets back to them later. It's easy to set up and use. The software is very user friendly and is very customizable. The support is excellent and knowledgeable. I have not found any issues with JN Software. It's a great product and has been a great addition to our organization. We have been able to use JN Software to increase our productivity and streamline our process. We are able to track our work orders and submittals and view reports to ensure we are meeting our deadlines.
