The best part is that it has all my data in one place so I don't have to go back and forth between programs. When there are problems with the program, you can contact customer support directly without having to wait for an email reply from another department. Sometimes when updating, the system gets stuck at "Updating" stage where you cannot do anything else until told otherwise by techs or CSR's. The interface is easy for end users who don't have technical skills but want help with their systems or databases. We could not get our data out of an old version into another newer one without some workarounds that were difficult to implement.
