The ability to do complex data mapping which will allow us to easily integrate with both the internal tools and external tools. Also, the ability to export large volumes of data as a custom csv file. For the most part, this has been flawless. Not much to dislike. Really, I think they are great. The pricing could be a little less and the tech support could be a little better. I needed customizations to our data mapping and we were promised the ability to integrate some of our ERP systems to our cloud service. I needed to send and receive a lot of data. We are very happy with the product and would highly recommend it. We are able to map large amounts of data and do so in an efficient manner. We are able to share information in a very timely manner. I do not have much to say since it does what we need it to do with out questions The ease of use and customization is what I like the best about this integration platform. Not much to dislike as well. Overall it is very easy to set up integrations with this software. I am able to perform customizations in ways that other tools don't offer. Also, most tasks are completed within hours or days, not weeks or months. This has really saved my time. And I can get more done in less time.
