I was looking for a new broker to replace my current broker who I didn't feel like working with anymore, I started searching around and came across RateSetter, I checked out their site and looked around, liked what I saw and decided to give them a try.
I was looking for a new broker to replace my current broker who I didn't feel like working with anymore, I started searching around and came across RateSetter, I checked out their site and looked around, liked what I saw and decided to give them a try.
My first impression of them was that they seemed to have everything that I needed from a broker, and I am so glad that I gave them a chance. They seem to be the best of both worlds; great customer service, amazing rates and excellent customer service, the whole process of investing has become easy. As a beginner investor, I can say that I was able to invest without any problems, and I couldn't ask for better customer service than I received from them. I would recommend them to anyone thinking of getting into investing, and especially those that are new to investing.
- They have been doing this since 2001, which means a lot of experience
- Their rates are much lower than most brokers, and I saved over 10% when comparing their rates vs another broker I had compared against.
- I did not find anything bad about them.
- The interface could use some work, but I think that is an issue with all of the online platforms that you can compare against.
